At Ram Chander Tandoors Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your tandoors and related products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.

1. Shipping Locations
We ship across India, including metro cities, tier 2/3 towns, and remote locations.

International Shipping is available for select products. Buyers must confirm logistics before order confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and courier mode.

Any additional octroi, entry tax, or customs charges will be borne by the buyer.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Products: 4–8 working days (within India)

Custom / Bulk Orders: 7–15 working days (or as per production schedule)

International Orders: Delivery timelines vary based on shipping partner and customs clearance

You will receive tracking information once the product is dispatched.

4. Packaging & Handling
All tandoors are packed securely using reinforced packaging to prevent transit damage. For extra-large or fragile orders, wooden crate packaging may be used.

5. Delays or Damages
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or pandemics.
If your order is damaged in transit, please:

Record an unboxing video and photograph the damage

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Do not dispose of packaging until inspection is done

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in quality-checking every unit before dispatch. However, in rare cases where a return or refund is needed, kindly follow the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged during transit

The wrong product was delivered

The product is manufacturing defective (within 7 days of delivery)

Custom-made tandoors are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share order details, images, and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Our team will verify and arrange for return pickup (if applicable)

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping fees, handling charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
